Gnostic: Christianity is communion of our soul with the Holy Spirit (Shekinah, God the Mother), for regeneration and the sharing of our soul with others. When we focus our mental, physical and emotional energies in meditation, we can free our soul to become one with the Holy Spirit. In this synergy, our soul is regenerated by Shekinah and becomes stronger. This is receiving the Grace of God. We are Christian when we actively share our soul with others. Thus, we are following the First Commandment, to love God with all our heart, mind and soul, and the Second Commandment, to love others likewise.
