I'm an American who moved to Australia to be with my awesome husband.  I draw and write on occasion, though I'm not that great at either.  I read a lot, as well.  I'm currently reading the 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series. You know, Game of Thrones, Clash of Kings, etc.  They are great books.  I suggest that anyone who is interested in an amazing fantasy story read them.  They will blow your mind.

I love the rain because it reminds me of home.  I look at religion as something to enhance life, not something that is necessary; it's like learning a second language - just another way to express yourself spiritually/mentally/emotionally.  

Political views... I lean towards the left on a lot of issues.  I believe abortion should be available to women who want the procedure, though I would never have one myself. I am for same-sex marriage, because marriage is not owned by any one religious group, and because everybody deserves the right to be married to the one they love, no matter what sex.

I can't really think of anything else to add.  So, that's it.
