Nikki, I saw your post...I've had Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which sounds a lot like DBT. At least, similar structure. I just wanted to give you some encouragement because that treatment worked well for me. It's not that it makes everything all better or anything but it's very valuable in giving you tools to help yourself down the line.
