As these days "rock-on" so to speak, its rather easy to become ill-at-ease with everything that seems to be taking place and to become infuenced by the current environment of uneasiness and the adversity that sometimes accompanies times of such fear. I find myself being continually reminded on a virtual daily basis of the most important spiritual aspects of life, especially as it relates to others around me. Sometimes it can be all too easy a thing to overlook the fact that others can be uneasy for a lot of reasons throughout the path of daily life right now and many more so for a lot of reasons. The message I keep relating to is;

Be sure in yourself, and be sure that regardless of the state of “dis-ease” that happens to be present in the now of today, that your own tomorrow is only as dis-eased as you make of its creation!

For this reason I keep getting continuing requests for affirmations and re-affirmations from many around me. Some ask how I seem to keep such a positive attitude about things when so much seems to be in such a state of unrest? The source I draw upon and that part of myself from where I draw my personal strength every day is that soulful and spiritual spot at my core where there really is a true union between the physical part of the self and that spiritual part of the self, and its here where the emotion and the turmoil of unrest falls onto a much greater spirit.

Sometimes it helps to simply trust that all will be well in the end and all one can do is to make the best decisions one can make on a daily basis.
