Nice try on the parts of all the "others" in your life, but notice how no one mentioned, or even bothered to explore, your thoughts and feelings, you know, your crucial being. People who do not suffer from depression, by no fault of their own, do NOT get it. They think that outside activities or material goods, will help, or completely eliminate, the feelings that depression and anxiety bring. However, these socalled solutions are the equivalent of putting bandaids on bullet wounds.
