However, Ex. 21:22 says "If, when men come to blows, they hurt a woman who is pregnant and she suffers a miscarriage, though she does not die from it, the man responsible must pay the compensation demanded by the woman's master; he shall hand it over, after arbitration (he pays a FINE (due to loss of PROPERTY) to the husband or master) of course single women TODAY are their own masters;;;
Ex 21:23 But should she die, you shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth.
And so I conclude abortion is destruction of one own's PROPERTY; whereas the death of a pregnant woman is MURDER. Of course it's sad to have an abortion - it is destruction of property, but not murder
