Hi, I am a Hurricane Katrina evacuee. I have relocated out of Louisiana and now flourishing where I live now. I am Blaming the former Gov. K. Blanco for the poor discision not to evacuate on Saturday. She refused twice to have federal aide twice when offered by Pres. Bush. To think Hurricane was not the storm of the century as predicted by the meteorologist in New Orleans. It is yet to come.
