I developed a keen interest in natural living at a young age. Abour twelve years ago, I had a profound spiritual awakening that opened my 'eyes' and changed my life over night. It led to a lifestyle of compassionate and divine service, including establising a local conservation group (preserving local habitats), and a study of natural therapies.

My experience of massage therapy synthesises various techniques from around the globe including Lomi Lomi (Maui, Hawaii), classical massage, neuro muscular technique, Trager and Indian head massage. The bodywork treatment helps restore balance, unfold our inner spiritual nature and remember our natural inherent state of inner peace.

These days I work closely with my husband with the Openhand Foundation, a not for profit organisation helping others to evolve spiritually and ascend into a higher vibrational reality based on unconditional love, joy and respect for all life.

Openhand is dedicated to the ascension process providing a unique range of tools and practices for attuning to universal life energy thereby rejuvenating our being, facilitating greater self realisation and catalysing our further evolution.
