First off...I don't believe in Creationism. But, I do believe in CHANGE. Before the Cosmos was as we now know it...their was something else. Before that...something else. And so on. Infinity is a concept that the human mind does not have the ability to completely visualize or understand. But, it exists just the same. It is our ego that tells us that "we've got it all figured out". Which is just as egotistical as our anthropomorphic visualization of the Divine. A favorite line in a movie that I like to quote is, "Some things are true whether you believe in them or not." (Nicholas Cage to Meg Ryan & Dennis Franz to Nicholas Cage in the movie "City of Angels".) Just because we don't know or understand something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Their is much we do not know, but it IS, just the same.
These are my thoughts only, I do not expect others to agree. I do not wish to persuade, nor do I hope to sway any ones beliefs.

This is great Terry! You should check out my "trans-theological philosophy group where I go over Joseph Campbell and the whole issue of the "mystery of existence" as being personified into the Gods and Goddesses of ancient mythology. You seem to completely get the whole issue of existence as having no one specific origin to pin point and say, "aha, this is where it all begins". Thanks for joining the WPM group. I'm hoping that some more of the pantheists around here on Bnet will join up as well.
