See here for an important message regarding the community which has become a read-only site as of October 31.
I would also be interested in helping with the new group.

I just finished watching "The Highly Sensitive Person". It rang some bells with me.
When I was a child, I was told very frequently, "Don't be so hypersensitive!" I knew what the word meant before I could spell it. It was not a compliment. I haven't outgrown being "hypersensitive". I still get rattled in noisy, crowded situations, and I am terrible at multitasking. My feelings still get hurt easily, although it isn't as bad as it was even a few years ago.
Thanks for your willingness to be vulnerable on video. It helped me realize that I'm not the only "hypersensitive" person around.
please read loving yourself. its a good thread where we talk about past abuse. im get the strangh to spill my guts out. thanks for being you!! george
