So happy to be a part of the Library. Great idea, Ordained! As for myself, I'm a student of Buddhism and yoga. I find their philosophies blend rather beautifully. Favorite writings? ANYTHING by the HH Dalai Lama or Pema Chodron. Pema particularly has a way of simplifying the teachings for everyday folks. Also, I would highly recommend Fire of Love by Aadil Palkhivala. Aadil is a lifelong yogi who truly walks the talk. His book is a precious treasure. Check it out! Yogashanan |

Thanks for the invitation. As a way of introduction, I am a non-denominational Christian who is very interested in studying the word of God. I love meditating on the teachings of the bible and seeking out the hidden wisdom within it's pages. I love studying prophecy and duality and getting to the heart of any subject. I look forward to sharing with all of you interesting topics worthy of our consideration. I also am eager to receive from each of you your thoughts on what interests you. Darlene |
Hi Al ~ Thank you for joining us here in The Library Beliefnet Group! I'm curious about your devotionals from "Everyone is Breaking Pieces Off of me" . . . maybe you can start up a Forum here in the Group on your devotionals, or share some Journal posts with us on your devotionals. I'm definitely interested in hearing more about them. Blessings ~
