I enjoy writing and producing music, personal essays and journaling. Martail Arts are one of my core disciplines among others like philosophy and psychology. All therapy is good therapy. Fitness rocks! HiP HOP is a way of life, it is an intelligent movement; A higher level of consciousness. I come from a catholic family though I consider my self multi-faith. Basketball is a brotherhood. The message behind the green movement is amazing! I hope to meet people who have an interest in the Martail Arts,  Music, spiritualality, the goddess energy, meditation and to form a sense of community.
