With the summer almost to an end and school getting closer, I have been thinking about how much I did and how fast June and July flew by. I still get started with yoga or tai chi, both I want to start since the arthritis is kicking in and hurting like crazy and sometimes the gym just isn't want I want to do.
A friend crashed his bike this morning but he's doing okay. He called my husband at work and told him that he took out a fence.
Well, time to get off of here and get back to moving furniture around. Joy!!
