There is more to the unseen world than the physical world we see with out eyes.

My favorite spiritual activities:
Having a bi-weekly massage for me is a spiritual experience. I totally surrender to the moment and accept the healing on all levels, physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.

Be the love you are!
I believe we are all powerful spiritual beings going through a physical experience. We are here to love, live and feel joy. If one is not happy with what they are doing in life, they should choose to change what they are doing. I believe God wants his children to live in peace and abundance.
I believe in an after life, but that everyday one chooses to live in Heaven or Hell. These are not places we go to at death, but states of mind. Choose wisely, my friend.
God is LOVE and so AM I and hopefully so are YOU.

There is nothing you have done that you cannot transcend because you are greater than any of your actions.
So whatever has happened in the past, with whomever, over whatever, is past. It is as simple as that because it's past.
And whether they were right or wrong, whether you did or you didn't do it, whether they did or they didn't -- all that is immaterial. Don't waste your time on it.
And if you had a difficult childhood and your parents did some things that weren't the best, you can let that go, take responsibility for where you are right now in your life, and change anything that you are still holding on to from childhood.
