I have all the original 79 episodes and have made notes that in each and every original episode, somewhere in the script, there is mention made of either God or a Bible verse or a Christian philosophy. So even though Gene Roddenberry was thought to be an atheist, he strangely kept God in his show.  You may have to watch an episode more than once to find it, but it's there.  I've seen them all hundreds of times. Just an old hippy Trekker (not Trekkie) from the sixties.
