Clear has a precise meaning...it comes from the computer industry, where you clear a machine to make it give correct answers. A "clear" is someone who has had incorrect answers reviewed and change...he is clear of "held down sevens".

How does a person get held down sevens? He is either given wrong information, or jumped to an erroneous conclusion because he didn't understand something, or he had a trauma that acted upon him in a hypnotic manner, and there were commands spoken during that trauma that effected him unknowingly.
