Soleilmavis is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China in rural area.

She studies in one of the top primary schools of China, and entered in one of the top secondary schools of Shandong Province where had high educational standards in China. She entered in a university in a remote border province (Yunnan Province).

Soleilmavis’s father and mother worked in rural area for almost all their life. The ancestor of her father was Liu Bang, the emperor of Han Dynasty (202 BCE-220 ACE). The ancestor of her mother was Li Shi-min, the emperor of Tang Dynasty (618—907 ACE). Her father’s ancestors used to live in Yunnan Province for more than 1000 years and moved from Yunnan Province to Shandong Province around 1650-1700ACE.

She liked to read history books since she was very young. She was regarded as a ‘bookworm’ of her friends and her essays were always selected as the model essays by teachers. The mathematics score of her university entrance examination was 118 (total was 120).

In 1989, when the Six-Four movement of China happened, as a student in the university in the remote border province, she was not influenced too much by the movement. In fact, the remote border province let her stay away from the movement, so that she still could concentrate her energy on studying and reading a lot of valuable books.

It should say that it was lucky that she had applied for a university in the remote border province, she was able to spend four years peaceful university life. (God directed her to apply for a university in the remote border province one year ago before 1989, so that she could stay away from chaos during her university. It was clear that God had big plan for her.)

After university, she used to work in the easternmost County of China and other city in China, then she went abroad to work. When she earned and saved enough money, she applied for a university for studying a Master Degree in Australia.

She was first attacked in December, 2001 by mind control technologies when she was studying for a Master`s Degree in Australia. At the time she was unfamiliar with mind control technologies. Eventually, she came to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered up by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.

Since 2002, she traveled to many places to try to escape from the remote torture and harassment of mind control and voice to skull technologies. She had been to Hong Kong, Thailand, China, New Zealand; her brain was controlled by voice to skull technologies and mind control technologies; she was 'kidnapped' by mind control technologies and sent to USA Embassy in Hong Kong on Apr 2002. On Apr 2003, she went to China and still lived there today.

Because of the horrible abuses and tortures of mind control technologies, she could not remember all details of her past life. But when she just went to China from abroad, she met her history teacher of senior high school, she had already forgotten him, but he still could remember her. He said: ‘You are impressive to me; I still can remember you as the top five students in my classroom’.

But in the next several years from 2005 to 2012, she slowly found that many her relatives and classmates in senior high school have been ‘brainwashing’ unwittingly and unwillingly by remote electromagnetic mind control technologies. Even most of them did not suffer like her, but some strange things kept happening. And all most all of them did not realize that they were harassing by remote electromagnetic mind control technologies. Her Indian friend sent his son to study in China, she helped that boy to enter a university, but the boy died in the school. (So many Indian boys studied in China, why was he?). She kept in touch with other victims and exposed mind control and directed energy technologies torturing and harassing her through many channels worldwide. She and others in her network have written countless letters to government departments, social communities, human rights organizations, the media and the general public. But they did not get any help to stop the alleged human rights violation.

Soleilmavis has also sent letters to, and wishes to file lawsuits against the government who has covered up mind control weapons abuses and tortures.

Soleilmavis and other victims have started a concerted campaign against secret mind control weapons/directed energy weapons abuse and torture.
