As I wait for 1000 tulips to pop through the mud, I ponder whether I should warn my clients to wear rain boots and hike their dressy work clothes up to their knees on their way to the studio. Easter snow still melts all around me, with puddles and slush, dirt and bare window boxes to greet the eyes. I know in 2 to 3 weeks everything will tranform beautifully around me and diamands of shimmering colorful flowers will once again adorn the studio. This means that my Rennisaunce dress will need new jewelry to match the season and I'll need sensible garden shoes to work the gardens, a high power phone to catch national calls half an acre from the house, ...and please oh please God, let the town sell me the vacant piece of land next to my studio for the cats.
The last Monday of April I begin doing readings on public radio! Hope to meet new people, and bring more clients to the garden studio .
