Silverada, As usual, your comment cut to the heart of the matter and amplified my words in an excellent way. Thanks. Soultrekker |

Silverada, Good to hear from you. The prints are of a mountain lion. Fortunately, we didn't run into it! Soultrekker |

Silverada, The class ended yesterday and the mutual respect that began on the first day continued throughout. It was one of my best teaching experiences. The "final" was for each person to write a "love" letter to someone they find difficult to love. This turned into a deeply moving and insightful exercise. Soultrekker |

Silverada, As usual, you have cut to the heart of the matter. Loving others is a complex and challenging task. I don't believe than anyone can love perfectly. However, I don't think we should let ourselves off the hook to strive for this ideal. My definition of love is "to act in the best interests of the other." This is how we can love those we don't like and our enemies. But, this is difficult as you have observed. Soultrekker |

Silverada, You have definitely discovered what feeds your soul. My wife finds similar fulfillment in her garden. You have a wonderful gift for expressing the joy and gratitude of your spiritual journey. Soultrekker |

Once again, you have cut to the heart of the matter. I hadn't heard about the lost Machu Picchu hikers. Hope they are found, but it's a wild and huge wilderness there. Soultrekker |

Silverada, I love the image of water as "the crib of life." Sorry to hear about the stiffling heat where you live. Stay as cool as you can. Soultrekker |
