Hi - I met you a few years ago online. I was just out of pain rehab and online trying to help others. I am still managing my pain without meds and just checking in. How are you? I can also be reached at www.shaklee.net/livelifenow. Talk to you soon. Denise Deeny4198 |

Dear Evie, Isn't it interesting how the Gospels of Mary Magdalene and even that of Judas are finally coming to light after thousands of years of repression? I always had trouble with the fact that Adam and Eve were supposed to be the only people around, but somehow or other Cain found someone to marry who wasn't related. I learned home-schooling that the whole Old Testament "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" bit was actually part of the Code of Hammurabi--the first set of codified laws. And even then, some eyes were more equal than others--if you blinded a slave, you had to pay the owner what the slave was worth, but nothing got touched except your pocket. Even among the same class, you could pay a steep fine and set away with it...which shows somethings haven't changed. (If this offends someone, I'm sorry. I feel blessed to have you in my life; I'm proud to call you my friend. Love, Karen karbie |

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Salminor |
