My parents raised me Greek Orthodox Christian. I was a very devout young child, but came upon the glaring contradictions as I became older. Do not subscribe to any of the Abrahamic faiths in any form, not even the idea that Jesus was a 'great teacher' if he was not divine. Next came Witchcraft/Wicca/Neopaganism, a lot more for feminist rather than religious reasons. I have discovered through that period that we underestimate the power of human will and creativity, although I wouldn't give the credit to a supreme being or beings for the amazing things I've discovered regarding our potential as human beings to create our own reality and our innate 'psychic' abilities.
