I am a gay male currently residing in north Texas near the Oklahoma border and as an eclectic, I explore many of life's mysteries, including a few of which border on the more taboo. But, to ascend to the Light, in all things, one MUST also acknowledge the darker side of existence. My interests are many and varied and my main reason for joining this community is to connect with others of like mind and beliefs who also share an inclination to grow and coexist with others in peace and harmony. Although my background is primarily christian and am a devout Episcopalian, I also practice Nichiren Sho Shu Buddahism as so many of the Buddah's teachings and sayings are so parallel to the Gospels of the The Great Teacher, Jesus, in different words. I draw from many faiths and belief systems as they ALL lead to the same end---ENLIGHTENMENT and reamalgamation back into the Great Spirit. It is my primary goal to connect with as many people of like mind and beliefs as possible, to meet new friends, and to exchange ideas and knowledge on all spiritual paths. I am very much a gay and human rights activist and am especially interested in connecting with gay, bi, and transgendered men and women who support this cause as well as that of greater spirituality and unity of humankindthrough the harmony of ALL faiths and spiritual paths. Love IS Deity personified and therefore genderless.
Mundanely, I have been in manufacturing quality control for a number of years and am currently between jobs pursuing my passions and trying to build up a business of landscaping and custom jewelry design, yes, even in the midst of these difficult economic times. Liesurely, I enjoy gardening, playing the piano, arts and crafts, hiking in the woods, and playing with my two blue heelers, "Scamp" and "Frisco."
