Today, Sunday Jan. 27, 08  is the first day of the rest of my life.  Everything that I did in church today was a first.  I gave my first offering, sang my first song, shook the pastor's hand and had my first snack.  All these were firsts because I am a brand new member.  I am really missing Janie.  I will see her tomorrow night and take everything that she wants to her.

       This is the first day of the rest of my life.  I am so glad that I  could be there for Jane.  If I didn't live here, I could never have made that walk.  One year and one day ago I found Jimmy and yesterday went pretty well.  I have been in contact with his chaplain and things are sounding quite encouraging.
