Autumn has definately arrived here in Delaware.

It has been raining and the wind has been blowing like crazy for the past two days, and is to continue tomorrow, with the highs in the low 40's and the lows in the low 30's.  Brrrr!!!

Well, its been awhile since I last posted.  Didn's realize how long.

Summer sure went quickly.  Didn't do much traveling.  Just enjoyed staying home.  Hubby is now retired and we have really had a good time around the house.  Believe it or not, he is learning to cook.  Haven't gotten him interested in healthy food, tho.  Cookies, homemade bread, cobbler.  Oh well, I'll keep trying to convince him that bran is a good thing. 

Have a new batch of kittens.  Mama, a feral,  not the same one as last year, had four little ones in our backyard.  Think there is a sign on our back fence saying "suckers inside".  So now with the colder weather we have them in the house.  We're trying to tame them so we can take them to a "No Kill" shelter so they can find them homes. 

Anyone out there want a little orange kitty or two, or three or.......

Ah well,  they make every day an adventure.  Three of my girls from last year's brood have accepted a couple of the little ones and "play nice", but still have to keep an eye on Tiger.  She still hisses when one of them approaches her.

The Lord keeps blessing me and my family every day and I thank and praise Him.

It is well, it is well with my soul.
