Hello Rowanleaf- I am so sorry I have been out of touch for so long. Just logged in today, to sort of catch up. Hope to be here more often. I shouldn't leave spirituality only for the times I think I need it- I need it 24/7! :) Anyway, I am doing well, and I hope you are as well. One day at a time. Please get in touch if you have anything you'd like to talk about. take care-marie

Hi there:) I read your post in social anxiety and was wondering what kind of Bach flower essences you have tried? I know Aspen is supposed to help with unknown fears and apprehension. Have you tried that one? I sometimes use Rescue Remedy and Sleep rescue.

I read your profile and like it a lot! I just want to introduce myself to you...my name is Ray ('Pitza' on Beliefnet) and after reading your words I think that you are truly brave and a great person as well as lots of fun:) The things that you say touch my heart more than once! If you seek love I truly believe that you will find it because it is never far away, even though we are fooled in to thinking that the world is evil - in reality it is the opposite the essence of love in it's utmost spirit and power can be seen in certain persons who are no longer with us such as Mother Theresa and Mahatma Gandhi, they loved other people regardless of who they were and it did not matter if they were poor or whatever religion or social class, love was still in their heart. God is love...sums it up!

And hey, I'm learning Chinese Mandarin and also find it a lot of fun, but I can't imagine japanese as a language easy to learn lol hehe.

    Best
