Almighty God, creator of all things,
Who rested on the seventh day
and ordained a day of rest for all humanity,
Be with me as I try to sleep.
Hold me in your arms, O God, and
take away the concerns of the day.
Calm my mind and my body,
that I might sleep in Your Peace
and awaken refreshed and ready to
spread your Love.  Amen.
