Hi! I'm Paula. I had an account at Beliefnet before (under my name, "paulapuddephatt"), but had so many technical problems with that account, including being unable to update my profile. I have now started again, as "relations2angels".
I love creative writing. I also adore animals, especially my pet birds. I believe in one God, with both a male and female side, who can take as many forms as required - hence different gods and goddesses. I don't believe that any one faith has all of the answers, but that all religions contain truth and value. I do believe that Jesus is the Divine Son of God, but I also feel that his teachings were/are more important than his status.
Having tried LDS/Mormon and Anglican churches, and more recently, The Quakers, I am currently not "doing" organised religion.

Hey, Paula. The Wiccan Rede; I like that! I haven't always been Mormon. In my early 20's, I was a "seeker of truth." I read stuff on Taoism and scientology, the Kora, Buddhism...well, as you can see,, I read A LOT! But I studied Wicca (more in-depth.) And I was Wiccan for awhile. I'm not ashamed; quite the opposite: I'm proud to have Wicca in my background. But after following the path for a few years, I left. (And it has nothing TO DO with the religion; I just felt it wasn't quite right for me.
