Yesterday was Memorial Day, I hope it wasn't just a day off from work to barbeque and drink beer. I hope the people of this nation took the time to thank God for all who gave all and to those willing to give all would give. What we do is hard enough, without the people of the nation we serve and protect taking our sacrifice for granted. What those who gave all gave and those willing to give their all would give so you could have your day off and barbeque and party. As Jesus gave His life for us and asked us to remember him when we come together in fellowship, "do this in remembrance of me" when we celebrate Memorial Day we should do it in remembrance of those who served and gave and to those who serve and are willing to give. So that you can have your day off with the freedom to do what you want.
