I gave that book to my cousin to read, but she is an Aquarius and she can't get into the book. Maybe the concepts are too abstract for her? When she returns the book I'm gonna read it again. Although I am far from a hi IQ scholar I can understand the spiritual things in life.

I suppose you read A NEW EARTH by Eckhart Tolle? It taught me all about getting rid of our Egos and living in the Present moment. It helped heal me of depression. I was living in somoe dream world, and over the past year especially I have been slowly tranforming myself into the authentic person I am today. I got tired of the low self esteem and regretting every word i spoke for fear of being jufdged this or that. I got tired of the obsessions and anxiety, and the sleepness nights (I still have them it seems) I'm a 'sensitive" and certain people "drain me" of energy when I'm around them.
