i read egyptian history books, archaeology, interested in the world wildlife federation issues, conservation. not a lot of t.v but like "raymond" king of queens, a lot on discovery channel; a few favorite movies - moonstruck rocky I, coal miner's daughter, terms of endearment; i like jazz and the old hymns and christmas carols, old 70s music and "old country" such as hank williams, loretta lynn, lynn anderson, etc. I listen to joyce meyer broadcasts
Who Inspires Me:
no one by name but people who are content and happy with life and have a visible peace about them.
My organizations and affiliations:
have let that slip in past years, working too much and spend time with family when there is time, looking for a volunteer opportunity this year, it will be great to help other people

bible reading, prayer, sharing inspiring stories

new year, new attitude !
It is june now and halfway through the year. That is what i wrote in january when I joined BN and found the support groups. I have been so fortunate to meet so many wonderful caring friends! I am gaining inner peace and spiritual growth as I wanted to do this year. The friends I have met have had a very positive impact on my spirit and mood. It has been very therapeutic for me to participate in the sharing on the support groups. God Bless all my friends! The struggles are not as devastating when you have friends to share with and who care.
