About Me
I am married to a wonderful man and have 3 active sons, 11 / 11.5/ 14 years old. I have always helped others but have a tough time being disciplined about helping myself.
Sick of Depression and PTSD. Family history involved. I have found that exercise and religion helps the most, but I still struggle a lot. I want the best for my sons and set a good example. I know that I have done 200% better than my folks, but "Depression hurts."
