About Me
My name is Darlene and I live in Washington State. I have 2 children, a 20 year old son and 15 year old daughter. They are great kids. They get along, now. When they were younger, they didn't. I have a dog named Sparky, a cat named Canilla and a hamster named Raphael.
I am married to a very hard working man. We have been married for 22 years. Although it is not always pleasant we are dedicated to each other and we both believe when we said till death do us part is part of God's plan for our marriage.
Mental illness is a part of my life but I believe it is treatable. The groups here have definitely been part of that treatment.
I am a Christian and am affiliated with the Assemblies of God churches. I am also apart of Celebrate Recovery, I go to the SAD (stress, anxiety and depression) group that now meets 2 times a week.
