About Me
I made a conscious decision in September 2002 to become the change I wanted to BE when the old adage of “I was sick and tired of being sick and tired” became my wake-up call.
Although I was always creating my reality, today I consciously create the life I love to live and I am living the life I love. Some of the changes I implemented in my life were the need for alcohol and drugs to make me feel confident, the need for abusive relationships to keep me in the role of a victim, and the need to ignore my personal boundaries for fear of losing friends and family.
Through these transformations, I have come to deeply understand that our freedom lives in consciously creating our reality and expressing our spirit through responsible choices that serve ourselves and fellow travelers.
These changes led me to become a licensed Practitioner with United Centers for Spiritual Living in 2005. Based on the book by Rev. Diane Harmony, 5 GIFTS for an Abundant Life, I became a certified Facilitator with the 5 GIFTS ministry in 2005 and just recently certified as a 5 GIFTS Prosperity Coach. I will graduate from the Holmes Institute School of Consciousness Studies in 2010 with an accredited Masters in Consciousness Studies degree.
