About Me
I just graduated May 3rd with a B.S. in Elementary Education from UCF. I will be moving to North Carolina soon to teach 2nd grade at a school in Charlotte. I am searching for my spiritual self. I believe there are spiritual forces at work in the world but as to what, who, how, I don't know. I dabbled in Wicca as a young teen (14) but then got roped into christianity again. I've been Methodist, Fundamental Baptist, Southern Baptist, Conservative Baptist, and Assembly of God. At this time, I find it all to be man's way of finding hope and community, but not anything to do with god, goddess, gods, or goddesses. Paganism still interests, but for now Buddhism holds my interest more. I have a hard time with the idea of gods as it seems too far away from the reality I've experienced in my life. My boyfriend follows Celtic beliefs, though he's not religious at all. I love the outdoors and swimming. I also love children. Where my spiritual self is, I do not yet know.
