My Favorite Books, Authors, Musicians, Movies, Preachers, TV shows, etc:
Life Goals: freedom on all levels, to travel and see many sights- to spend a week or two in New York City going to shows and eating goodies from street vendors, to see the Aurora Borealis- God's light show!, to spend time in a cabin on the lake in Maine-enjoying the forests and lakes and silence. Travel to Ireland, Denmark, Peru, many places in the US, to teach workshops all over the world!
Who Inspires Me:
Anyone who is truly living his/her dreams with honesty and integrity, and a sense of giving to others.
My organizations and affiliations:
I donate to World Wildlife, Defenders of Wildlife, Indian organizations, and animal rescues and sanctuaries. A percentage of all of my workshops will be given to the above.
My favorite spiritual activities:
Every activity is a spiritual activity, for me. A few of my favorites include: walking in Nature, boating on a lovely lake, teaching a class or workshop, preparing a delicious and healthy meal, singing and creating songs, much more...

About Me
Hello to Everyone!
I am intensely spiritual and completely non-religious. My way of being is of the heart- laughter, Beauty, Joy, and loving every living thing. I started teaching Kundalini Yoga when I was 19 years young, and have spent my life expanding my own (and others!) beliefs about who I am, what the Universe is all about, and how I can best serve, uplift, heal and give guidance for others to live their highest possible life.
I now teach Angelic/Shamanic workshops to offer the experiences of touching Spirit with one's heart!
I've had many visionary experiences, written books about some of them, and live in a sacred way. My home is truly my sanctuary! I adore all animals, love to cook and teach Whole Foods Cooking Classes, and dream of someday hosting a travel show where I highlight Whole Foods Cooking from many world regions. Fun!
Nature sings to me of beauty, serenity and power, and my feet will often be found upon my favorite mountain trail, talking to the trees, and birds, and wildflowers that grow along the path. I love the song of the wind in the trees, a quiet lake, or the power of a thunderstorm
I am transiting out of 11 years of Health Care into my true spiritual work, and have just finished my new website. I hope to teach Angel Workshops, How to Create Heaven on Earth, and Shamanic Vision Workshops all over the country. I've already been told by the Angels to take these teaching to Mexico, and so, plan to do just that! More Fun!
