My Favorite Books, Authors, Musicians, Movies, Preachers, TV shows, etc:
I enjoy all of Sylvia Browns books, and like turn of the century stories, mainly mystery and drama type stories. All the Harry potter books and Movies I like alot and my Favorite all time Movie is Titanic, and American Gangster is the most recent movie I have added to my short list as I don't see alot of films. Although I am a fan of Survivior, the Amazing Race, and the CSI, Cold Case and Without a Trace series.
Who Inspires Me:
That is a hard one, as there are alot of diffferent people who do for different reasons. My Grandmother was probably the one who inspired me the most.

My favorite spiritual activities:
Reading, talking with God and love ones who are back at home with him when I am by myself. Beilive it or not they sometimes let me know they hear in me the strangest ways!LOL
Who I'm praying for:
Always my family members, mostly my Mother and Children. Marilyn a 65yr old homeless grandmother who I have been letting share my apartment until she finds a place, I found out she was sleeping in her car and knew in my heart it was my duty as a chritian to not let her do that again.

About Me
I am a 44yr old single mother of 4. one still at home. I joined beliefnet in hopes of finding some friends to share in some of the same issues I am facing, have been through, and just for spiritual uplifting in those times we all need now and then. I have COPD and Fybromyalgia, I was in a car accident in December that has made both conditions worse as well as trying to recover from the damage from the accident its self. So I don't get around real well and don't go out often. I have put on weight in the last 2-years because I can't get the exersice I need which, can be very discouraging at times.
I am blessed to have this wonderful computer so I figured I better put it to use and find people out there to talk to. I am also a recovering addict I have been clean and sober since Feb. 2004, so yes I have lots of different things to share,and at the same time am willing to listen to what you have to say and ideas you have .
