Who Inspires Me:
This is more of a "what inspires me" - Beauty –songs/poetry/art – nature - beautiful flowers. Now that I said that, it's not fair for me not to include Jesus on the list of who inspires me. He was a true teacher of the heart - of love, compassion and forgiveness.

About Me

I am a self taught artist, illustrator, graphic designer, author, singer/songwriter and business owner for over 25 years. I openly believe that ‘It is the creative act that gives you a connection to something greater than yourself – your creative activities are an expression of your spirituality in everyday action.’ And as I have experienced this connection for myself I have come to see that creativity or the “act of being creative” or “imaginative becoming” in itself forms a channel of light through which your soul introduces you to yourself, a channel through which God shines light into the world.
Caroline Myss’s book, Sacred Contracts, which is about the agreements you make before you were born to learn certain lessons and work with certain people, is a big part of my life. These agreements are embodied in a support system of 12 archetypes that take an active role as guardians and inner allies, awakening you when you are in danger of falling into destructive behavior.
It just so happens that my artist archetype (embodying the passion to express a dimension of life beyond the five senses, inspiring others to see life symbolically) falls in the 11th house-my relationship with the world. This is the primary way I relate to the world - My viewpoint about life in general is connected to the energy in this house. It rules how I relate my creativity to humanity. It just so happens the healing challenge in this house is Surrendering to the Divine.
Surrendering means letting go of your need to control everything and everyone at all times. It means asking yourself how deeply you fear being out of control of your life. How much do you believe that you can determine the outcome of every event? Do you believe you should be able to get others to do what you want all the time? One area that makes me especially anxious is my financial security - my career direction. Every time my fears are triggered, the healing guidance in this house is to practice the mantra “I surrender the outcome to the Divine.”[1]
I have a wounded healer (silent caregiver) archetype in my 1st house/Ego and personality, a strong hermit archetype – angel in my 10th house/highest potential.
