I don't really watch much TV anymore, but when I do it's usually something on the DIY network, or the food network. I never watch the news....my husband loves CNN, but having all that negitivity thrown into your brain every hour....I just can't do it. I am a huge fan of Tori Amos.
Who Inspires Me:
Anyone that has been through hard times and come out better then they were before. Anyone who can look at others with love and compassion instead of judgement.

About Me
So here is the dreaded "About Me" section for my homepage. I don't know if anyone else doeas this, but you sit here and ask yourself...Who am I? and what parts of my mundane life would I like others to know about me> So here it is I have been married for 7 years and I am the mother of 2 wonderful little girls. I work full time as a retail store manager. I am joining this community with the hopes of meeting new people and making some new friends. Don't get me wrong I have wonderful friends now, but I'm really looking to connect with people on a soul level. I want to be able to express my thoughts about life, spirituality and religion and not be considered an idealist or a dreamer. I believe that there is truth in all religions. I think that most organized religions started out with good intentions, but mankind has twisted and turned those truths to satisfy their own wants and needs. Too many people view God as "the man upstairs" and someone to be feared, then seeing God as the energey and the life force that sustains us.
