About Me
I never know what to say in these things. I'm just an ordinary person trying to live as simply and compassionately as possible. It's a daily practice and I suspect it will not be mastered in this lifetime. I want to feel like my life makes some kind of difference in this world. I like to laugh with friends and I have relaxation down to an art. I love the smell of coffee in the morning, massages, deep discussions and my dogs, Alex and Sigmund. Oh yeah, and my husband, too!!
My Basics
Gender: Female
Occupation: Psychologist and Writer
Relationship Status: Married
Faiths:
Christian,
Faith Description: I believe in God as seen through Jesus, compassionate, loving and full of grace. I also believe that a person's spirituality should be lived out. If my faith doesn't help to make the world a better place then what use is it? I also practice mindfulness meditation at a Zen Dharma Center. I've learned much from the dharma and it has helped me to become a more genuine and compassionate Christian.
