About Me
I joined because I saw the link to people who were Jane Austen fans. I am reading Sense and Sensibility now and have been a fan of all the movies that were made of her novels, plus the television series. I'm a writer and artist myself, and have been inspired by her and other great female novelists. I also love the Beatrix Potter books as I am a children's book author and illustrator. I am also a screenwriter and am working on my second feature romantic comedy. I would also like to find time to read books and watch movies with a Chinese background and feature Chinese or Asian/Asian-American characters and or culture in them. I'm proud I am a Buddhist and respect all religions that are valid and work for people's happiness and the peace of the world. I would like to meet other people of faiths that believe in world peace through individual happiness and how they are also spreading their beliefs everyday through sharing with others and in their work.
