About Me
Hi,
I joined beliefnet awhile back because I enjoyed the little lift from the emailings. As a long time depression sufferer, I fall into valleys sometimes and crave some comraderie. Reading the blog posts reminds me that I am not alone.
The current state of the world is, perhaps, as confusing as it's ever been. Finding one's way in life is hard enough let alone being saddled with a 'black dog'.
Still, I have had the good fortune to have made many wonderful friends along the way; people who just by being have reminded me that Joy does exist, happiness is not all elusive and that even in the worst of times "this too shall pass"...
Perhaps I can give back a little here to people who share a common condition, as well as continue to get that occasional lift from the emails. Maybe even make a new friend or two.
