Peacenhope, hello! I hope everything is going well with you. I thought I'd tell you a little anecdote that might amuse you. Okay, here goes. I live in Central New Jersey, about 20 minutes from PA which is across the Delaware, and the whole area was once part of Wm Penn's land grant, so it has a strong Quaker heritage. My kids go to Quaker schools but I'm not Quaker myself, but quite a bit has seeped in to me over the years and I do live a very simple life. Some of my clothes I get at a kind of "Amish and Plain Clothing" store in Middlebury IN, called Gohn Bros. It's nothing weird...just very simple stuff. Now my lady friend is a Dutch Reform type of fundamentalist, but very quirky, and buys some clothes at an online outfit called Modest Clothing. Plus she's really short (not petite...SHORT) and she's 60 and I'm 57, so were not kids. So here's the anecdote. We go shopping at this place called "The PA Dutch Market" in Kingston NJ which is where the Amish folks sell food, and it's great and everyone goes there. One of the big puzzlements of the sort of tourist element, or the folks who are just regular Christians, is to figure out who is Amish and who is Mennonite. So we walk in, and my girlfriend has on like a prairie lady dress down to her ankles, but no cap like the Amish and Mennonites ladies, and I just have on khakis, and tennis shoes, and a blue shirt, and a denim vest but with hooks & eyes. And a family is sitting at a table eating barbecue sandwiches, and as we go by, one of the people says in a kind of stage whisper "What are THEY???!!" >> We managed not to crack up until we were out of sight. I guess if asked directly we'd have said, "Oh we are from the Church of Our Own Revelation." Anyway, that's my little story. Stay well! ~ Skip
