My Interests:
Prayer, God, History, Movies, TV, Music, Books, Education, Crafts, Health, Depression, Weight loss, Cooking, Family, Marriage, Parenting, Pets, Spending time with my husband, children, grandchildren, and friends. Listening to music. I like Christian,
oldies, and country music. I also enjoy doing a variety of crafts.
My Favorite Books, Authors, Musicians, Movies, Preachers, TV shows, etc:
Harry Potter series, some Christian based historical romance books. The books I read the most are childrens books. I like Christian singers like Chris Tomlin and others whose music is similar to his, country music and the oldies 1956- 1974 I watch mainly comedy shows, but I like "Dancing with the Stars", and "Nashville Stars". As for movies I like comedies, romantic comedies, Disney, Pixar, and some historical, suspense, and action as long as they are not too graphic,
Who Inspires Me:
My husband, My mother did, and after I became a Christian My Lord & Savior Jesus Christ is the one who inspires me now. He is the one I want to model my life after.
My organizations and affiliations:
I'm a covenant member of Grace Fellowship Church in upstate NY.
My favorite spiritual activities:
Daily morning bible readings, reading articles on Beliefnet, going to church and seving in different ministries at church
Who I'm praying for:
My friend Patti who is trying to figure out who is going take care of her father. She has been going back & forth from her house to his. Please pray for her and her father. Also pray that her brothers and sisters will step up and volunteer to help take care of their father.

About Me
My original posting that was here I think belonged in about me, so I moved it there. If I had to describe myself I'd have to say I'm friendly, loyal, a good listener, and I try to live my everyday life in a way that is pleasing to Jesus. My friends tell me that I give good advice, it make sense, and I try to hear as many sides as possible before I offer advice. The reason I joined this group is I trying to find out what God's purpose for me is. I know I most likely will have to follow a pathway to get to the end, but the journey will be worth it. Once I find out what my purpose in life is I'll be better able to serve God.
