My favorite spiritual activities:
Digging for information on ANYTHING and any path. I believe we're all trying to ascend, to reach that truly 'higher love'; there's not a ONE way, however. We all signed on before physical birth to this life for a reason. Sometimes it's necessary to search for that reason, sometimes not. Information, accurate or not, gives me a feeling of the pulse of humanity. And sometimes that's pretty damned scary.
Who I'm praying for:
Marjorie Russell
What is your current spiritual mood?:
Mellow
What's your spiritual type?:
Undefinable - These labels (and most labels) don't work for me.
About Me
I'm here to learn. My belief for myself is that if I don't keep open to new ideas, I stagnate; that's happened as I've had to be immersed in the 'real world' to a degree that I had to USE what I knew to get through the years, but I've not been able to devote any time to real 'digging' since early 2003.
I 'converted' to garden variety Pagan in 1995; this was after some devasting life events and I believe that the path I set out on literally saved my life. Not that I particulary like this place or want to stay on this planet, but you do what you must; I believe we each have a destiny to fulfill and it's futile and petty to grumble that 'so and so has things come so easily and I have it so hard'.
I'm old enough to know that, in this realm, feelings of loss and fear of lack of what we need are common. However, I'm not a lightworker, at least I don't consider myself to be one. I'm just on the journey. My guides reached out to me early on and while I don't cling to them as a child clings to its' mother, I still find solace in their presence. They are real. They pulsate. And if I'm just an aging nutcase for believing this, well, so be it.
I hope we have peace in our time.
