Who Inspires Me:
my grandmother. she was strong and yet petite. BUt she taught me how to stand your ground and mean it and yes she even stood up to men. SHe gave to one and all. Unless she did not like you then she just tried to ignore you. And usually there was good reason she did not. And yes she had a look that when you were doing wrong you KNEW IT. SHe told me follow my heart always. Course that is not the only thing I feel with and listen to The gut my instincts aka gizzards. Usually don't steer me wrong.
My favorite spiritual activities:
To sit and watch nature including other people. We are all a part of life and all are beautiful. In whatever feeling we are having.
