On the one hand, I consider myself pagan - I have studied the craft to some degree. I believe that a connection with the earth, and being a Steward of the earth is essential in my personal religious belief.

On the other hand, I believe in Christ, and Mary Magdalene, and the Way of Love. As someone close to me, who I consider an enlightened Bible-Thumper, said - Christianity is a relationship, not a religion. Personally, I am working on my relationship with Christ and Mary.

And on the third-hand, (you know what I mean!) I am fascinated by zen, and eastern religions. I wish I had the patience to do zazen. Maybe someday, I will.

I find that I am too Christian for most pagans, and way way too pagan for most Christians.

So, how do I personally reconcile these disparate ideas?
Well, as a start, I have started studying Druidry as a means to bring my pagan ideals and Christian relationship together in my own personal mythology (to use a term from Joseph Campbell.)

I have also found a group that really speaks to me : The Céile Dé. However they are in Scotland, so right now, i am just studying up on them in more detail. Quite interesting, and really matches many of my own beliefs.
