About Me
Greetings! As a scholar-in-residence and lecturer at Zaytuna Institute located in the Bay Area, CA., I currently teach regular courses on Arabic, Islamic Law, History, and Islamic Spirituality. Amongst several works that I have translated from Arabic into English is, "Scholars Are The Heirs of the Prophets" in 2001. My latest work in 2005 is entitled, "Scattered Pictures: Reflections of An American Muslim."
Most of all, we are a balanced nation whose historical advance has only been possible when that balance created the spiritual and intellectual space for some of the most brilliant minds, hearts and souls like yourself to come together for the sake of peace and justice for all. For the sake of God, let's make it happen. For more information, please visit http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Zaid_Shakir .
