About Me
The Unitarian Universalists' 7 principles of faith and my 39 years of Buddhist practice of the Lotus Sutra say it best: The Treasure of the Unborn & Deathless Buddha-nature is for me that inherent worth and dignity of every person while living my life with respect for the interdependent web of all existence, of which we are all a part. The Treasure of the Unborn & Deathless Dharma, for me is expressed through justice, equity, and compassion in human relations, thus facilitating a free and responsible search for truth and meaning. And The Treasure of the Unborn & Deathless Sangha (or Community of Faith) enables me to manifest the goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all through our acceptance of one another and through our mutual encouragement to individual spiritual growth and to our right of conscience and the use of the democratic process in society at large.
