Hey there! I have joined Beliefnet in hopes of finding some like minded individuals to share stories of living a Catholic life. Living in a big city has taught me that I need to dig deep to find people to truly befriend. Many times my heart has been broken by people who attack my beliefs and moral values.

My husband and I moved to Boston from NYC about 6 years ago after we were married. In July 2006 we were blessed with the birth of our beautiful baby girl, Mary. Named after the Blessed Mother, she is the light of our lives.

In early September 2007 I found out that I was expecting again. It was the most amazing surprise. Unfortunately it ended in heartbreak when the baby was miscarried at 7weeks. We are still healing, praying and putting the pieces back together. No one ever talks about miscarriages, and I have found that most people do not even believe there was ever a baby in the first place. Along with grieving my baby, I have been awakened to the fact that society as a whole is an extremely hard, cold place to experience this in. I'm hoping to meet some sensitive, understanding souls here on Beliefnet and restore my faith in humanity.

My faith in God and belief that all things happen for a reason have gotten me through the toughest part of my sadness. I'm looking forward to meeting other families, singles, anyone who has gone through this or  any other sadness and  has felt the healing presence of God.

I'm also in need of some fun people to hang out with! I am usually a light hearted, energetic woman who bounces all over town with baby in tow. I love music, movies, crafting and gardening.... hoping to meet some more cool people to chat with. :o)
