About Me
I joined Beliefnet March 2006....I was looking for some serenity in my life and was led to this site. I was asking for prayers for my Mom, who had neck and throat cancer, and my son Bret, who had an addiction to drugs. Sadly, I lost Bret on July 23, 2006 and my Mom just 2 1/2 weeks later on August 11. I have received tremendous support and made some wonderful friends here on Beliefnet. The picture on my profile is the last picture taken of me with my son.

your are not selfish .. your pain is a important as thoes who have lost things from the storm.. I find myself doing the same thing then I realise I have the right to feel sorrow for what is going on in my life .. prayers for strength being sent your way. oh and there are on line resume program.. and I feel the same what what happended to filling out a job application.. we are aging outselfes BB Linda
